Biography
dr. I Wayan Yudiana is a well-respected urologist with over a decade of experience treating complex urological conditions and cancers. He earned his medical degree from Universitas Udayana in 1999 before completing his specialist training in urology at Universitas Airlangga in 2013. In 2020, he obtained his certification as a Consultant Urologist in Oncology from the Indonesian Urology College (Kolegium Urologi Indonesia), deepening his clinical focus on urological malignancies.
Since 2013, dr. Yudiana has been based in Bali providing advanced surgical care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Known for his patient-centred approach, he combines surgical precision with empathy to support patients through every stage of their treatment journey.
dr. Yudiana has advanced his surgical and clinical competencies through extensive international training, including urological laparoscopy training with an Indonesian and Japanese team and kidney transplant preceptorship in India. He has also undergone robotic surgical development training in China using the Sagebot Kangduo robot, which holds the distinction of being the first endoscopic surgical robot to enter the national “Green Channel,” a specialised approval procedure reserved for the most innovative medical devices in the field of urology.
Outside of clinical practice, dr. Yudiana is active in public education efforts, particularly around the early detection and management of urological cancers. His dedication to improving outcomes for cancer patients in Indonesia makes him a valued leader in the field.
