Biography
Dr Daksa Ganapati is an accomplished radiation oncologist who treats all cancers and has a special clinical interest in thoracic, pediatric, and lympho-musculoskeletal cancers. Dr Ganapati obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Udayana University, Indonesia, in 2007 and completed his specialist training in radiation oncology at the University of Indonesia in 2017. He went on to join Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital in Denpasar, Bali, where he served as Head of the Radiation Oncology Department.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Ganapati is a committed educator, serving as a lecturer at both Udayana University’s Faculty of Medicine and the Academy of Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy (ATRO) since 2019. He is an active contributor to oncology and has published in prominent journals such as JCO Global Oncology and the International Journal of Allied Medical Sciences and Clinical Research, and has been invited to numerous conferences, including the 2024 Asia-Pacific Breast Cancer Summit held in Bali, Indonesia.
As both a clinician and educator, Dr Ganapati combines his scientific expertise and compassion, applying the latest innovations in radiation oncology to deliver personalised, evidence-based care.
